Pastor Ray's Welcome

Have you ever received a gift from someone and they waited with anticipation as you tried to open the box and couldn’t seem to get past the stubborn ribbon? We have created this website for you so that you don’t have to spend the time trying to get the gift out of the box…that is, this church. Someone who visited once said, you all are "the best kept secret" around. We wish everyone could just come in and feel the energy, warmth and the love of Christ.

And if you would like to check out the "Life Message" from last Sunday, streaming is at your fingertips (or click "Media" on the menu.) I work hard at preparing biblically accurate and culturely relevant messages so that you can hear and do the word of God. I love to meet new faces so if you come soon, please meet me in the east foyer after our worship time and introduce yourself. It would be a privilege to meet you. God’s best to you!

Ray Ivey
Lead Pastor

Message Series begining October 12th ... Nov. 11th, America's Fork in the Road

We must all realize that in just a few short weeks, America as we know it could be changed, not for 4 more years, but for decades to come. I have never been more compelled to be up front and vocal on this coming election and its importance to all of us. These are the questions we need to explore....

·         Why the November elections are not just about the next four years, but about the next 30 years, as a result of the Supreme Court justices who will be nominated by the next President

·         Why this next election will be the historical turning point for traditional marriage and family laws or if America will legalize same-sex marriage.

·         Why newly elected government leaders could drastically change our religious liberties.

·         Why new leaders could institute new hate crime laws that could make it a criminal offense to teach or practice certain biblical principles.

·         How government regulations and investigations of Christian ministries (including churches and Christian Radio) could drastically increase as a result of newly elected leaders

Questions we have to answer: How can we be politically proactive and not compromise the gospel message? What is the true definition of “Separation of Church and State” and how did it surface? At this juncture of American history…what is my best contribution to a free country?  Was America really founded on “Christian” principles? Pray for me as I prepare for these questions and search the scripture for God's answers. Pastor Ray
